Orders
When will my order be shipped?
Please allow up to two business days for processing after receiving your order confirmation email. Each garment undergoes a final quality check before dispatch.
Where do you ship?
Bodhi currently offers worldwide shipping to the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Thailand, and Australia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Customs duties and taxes are not included and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
Orders are processed on business days only. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to assist. Please email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Sizing and Fit
How do I know which size to choose?
Please refer to our Size Guide page for body measurements and fit notes. If you are between sizes, consider whether you prefer a closer silhouette or a more relaxed drape.
What does One Size mean?
Our One Size garments are intentionally cut with ease and are designed to comfortably fit sizes S to L. Exact garment measurements are listed on each product page.
Will the fabric stretch?
Our natural modal and cotton fabrics may relax slightly with wear. Each piece is crafted for comfort and movement.
Pre Orders
How long do pre orders take?
Pre order pieces typically require two to four weeks for dispatch unless otherwise stated on the product page. This allows us to produce thoughtfully and avoid excess inventory.
Returns and Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted within twenty one days of fulfilment for unused and unworn garments with original tags and packaging intact.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently accept size exchanges only, subject to availability.
Are sale items eligible for return?
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within forty eight hours of receiving your package and include your order number and clear photographs. We will assist you promptly.
Fabrics and Care
Are your fabrics natural?
Yes. Bodhi pieces are crafted using natural modal, cotton, and plant dyed textiles.
Will plant dyed fabrics vary?
Subtle variations in tone are part of the beauty of plant dyeing. Each piece carries gentle individuality.
How should I care for my garment?
We recommend gentle hand washing in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged direct sunlight when drying to preserve color and fabric integrity.
Sustainability
Is Bodhi sustainable?
We produce in small quantities, prioritize natural materials, and avoid overproduction. We also use carbon conscious shipping practices and plant one tree for every order.
